Chronic ear infections in a baby

My 15 month old has chronic ear infections. They always clear up after antibiotics, but they get reinfected very easily. She's had at least 10 so far.

What are good herbs or vitamins to help prevent the ear infections in the first place? And that are safe for a baby and come in a liquid or dissolving tablet (like the Hyland's teething tablets dissolve very quickly)?
