Cleansing is very important to help improve acne. A lot of acne is caused by toxins with in the body attacking the weakest point of the body to escape from. In order to help get rid of the symptom (acne) you need to seek the cause.
Colon Cleansing is a great place to start. You should be having 2-3 eliminations per day, everyday. The Turkey Rhubarb Colon formula is great for cleansing the colon of old fecal matter that can build up on the wall of the colon. This build up can cause the poisons & toxins contained in this build up to be circulated back into the body. Eventually this can cause toxin build up in the Liver, Kidneys & the Blood. Once in the blood, these toxins are circulated through out the body to every nook & cranny. When the build up gets to be to much the toxins will seek a way out, this may come in the form of a rash, boils or acne.
Once you have begun colon cleansing, you can move on to cleansing the liver, kidneys & blood.
For the stress caused by this acne, which will of course cause more acne, you can try a nice nerve soothing formula like the Stress Ease formula. It will help to feed and soothe the nerves, and rebuild the nerve endings that get damaged from stress, it will also help to keep you calm, and reduce that "frazzled" feeling.
You can also try using and astringent recommended by Dr. Christopher as follows below.
Good old-fashioned witch hazel (the distilled herb preserved with some alcohol), which you can still purchase at most pharmacies, is known for its skin-toning abilities. You can combine it with fresh or bottled (unsweetened) apple juice, adding a little rubbing alcohol to preserve. This fresh-smelling astringent is cheap enough for everyday use, but nice enough to bottle in a small container and give as a gift.
I do have additional information available from Dr. Christopher on acne, if you would like to receive it vial mail or e-mail just let me know.
GOOD LUCK!
