There are many possible causes for your feeling cold all the time, but the likely culprit is poor circulation. A lot of factors reduce circulation, including smoking, lack of exercise, diet, and some medications.
Cayenne Pepper is excellent for improving circulation throughout the body. However Cayenne usually works better in conjunction with other herbs like Ginseng and Garlic which will help to improve both high & low blood pressure through improving the circulation. The Blood Pressure formula is an excellent source of cayenne along with several other herbs which significantly improve circulation while helping to cleanse vessels & arteries id build up.
In addition, it is a good idea to use a good source of natural "green" calcium such as you would find in horsetail and alfalfa. This will help to strengthen the veins and arteries and allow for a free blood flow.
