The Hyper Ease formula can be very helpful in aiding people with ADD. As this is a natural formula there are very few side effects - in fact we have never seen any.
In addition to the Hyper Ease formula, diet is very important. Lots of fruits and veggies will help provide the necessary vitamins and minerals. The reduction of refined sugars and mucous forming foods such as dairy and bread may also prove beneficial.
Also be sure to check with your doctor before changing any medications.
