Iliostomy

I had an illiostomy several years ago because they told my I was going to die in a few weeks if I didn't. I want to start to clean my blood and liver etc. but would like to know how I should go about this on my own. I have no insurance so going to the doctor is out of the question at this point. I don't trust doctors but do believe in a healthy system. Can anyone offer any advise?
