Stress from acne that causes more acne

Hello. i just found this site in my dsperate search for some help with acne that just seems to be geting worst day by day. I thought that sincei had pssed through y teen years without any serious acne problems that it was gonna die out when i turned 20. But of couse i had to get worst first starting on my cheeks and spreading then to my jawline an even the near my eyebrows. Now i have what would probably be seen as mild acne. I need some help! Eventhough i know acne is so hard to get rid of.
