I have been desperatly trying to loose weight. I have noticed since I have become older (35) I am rapidly gaining weight, especially aroung the mid-section.I have attemped more exercise and diet programs than I can count,but I just don't seem to have the energy and motivation to stick to anything for any legnth of time. I always seem tired,sluggish, and hard to motivate.I went to an herbalist who said I have blood stagnation. Are there any herbs out there that could help me? None of the doctors I've been to can seem to give me any practical advice.
