There is a lot you can do to help cleanse your liver and kidneys. You should however, begin a colon cleanse first. it is very important that you are eliminating properly (2-3 times a day) especially during cleansing to insure that all of the toxins are being properly removed from the body.
The Turkey Rhubarb is an excellent formula for improving elimination and for cleansing the colon. It should be used for 1-2 weeks before starting any other cleansing and should be continued for 6-9 months to completely cleanse the colon. Once you have begun the process of colon cleansing you may add the Maiden barber Liver formula. This formula will help to cleanse and build the Liver and Gall Bladder. You will probably need to take these formulas for 1-2 months before continuing on a cleansing program or adding any additional formulas to properly remove the majority of the build up from the liver and kidneys. After using the 3 formulas for 1-2 months, you can add a blood cleanser to your program.
