Don't know how many to take!!!...help

Hello! I just started using the turkey rhubarb this week. Today is exactly my 5th day using it. The first 2 days were great I was ingesting 2 capsules- one in the morning and one before bed and I was going to the bathroom wonderfully but now I'm going back and foward between 2-3 capsules a day b/c sometimes 3 makes me too soft and 2 will not give me the urges to go to the bathroom. My question is this...when I take 3 I first go to the bathroom regularly but then I get the urge to go again and the texture is soft...BUT it is not exactly diarrhea...shoud I stick with 3? take 2 and ingest 1/2 of one as a tea? ONLY take 2? (b/c it was making me go to the bathroom the first few days) or is this craziness just this first week b/c I just began with the rhubarb? Help =o(
