It is not uncommon for children and adults to get a parasite or a worm, in fact 1 in 4 people will have one or more. As your doctor may have told you, if she has pinworms, the entire family should be treated as if they do as well. The eggs of the pinworm are laid around the rectum, and can be brushed off on clothing and bedding, and then picked up by other family members. All clothing, bedding, toys, etc.., should be thoroughly cleaned, and common areas such as bathrooms, doorknobs, sinks and such need to be disinfected.
Several herbs have been found to have excellent vermifuge and vermicide properties to help kill and expel parasites or worms. The most highly noted are, Wormwood, Black Walnut, Bayberry, Garlic, Tansy, Senna and Pumpkin Seeds.
These herbs will help to rid the body of not only the adult parasites, but their eggs and larvae as well.

Start with 1/2 capsule morning & 1/2 capsule evening, for 21 days the same as an adult would. If after the first few days you are not seeing any results in the child's stools, increase by 1/2 capsule a day until you are seeing them, as long as the child tolerates it well. After 21 days, rest for 14 days, and repeat for another 21 days to rid the body of any residual eggs or larvae.
