Has anyone done a blood cleanse? I am a couple days over a week into mine and I have a strange pinching sensation low in my pelvis, one side. Has anyone had this side effect? I have taken a break from the regimen to see if this will stop for now. But it has gotten quite uncomfortable. I'm curious if this is a common side effect, and more importantly if it is dangerous?
