Gall Bladder cleanse

Hello,
Can the gall bladder/liver be cleansed without doing a full on gb/liver cleanse? I have a mortal fear of vomiting and if there is any chance of that happening from a cleanse I won't try it. I have ordered the Turkey Rhubarb.
