We normally do not see any depandancy when using the Turkey Rhubarb formula.
A normally functioning colon will probably only require 1-2 capsules a day for maintenance use, or during a cleanse. You should always use a colon cleanser when doing any kind of Liver, Kidney or Blood cleansing.
As far as colonics go- both methods are effective for helping to remove build up within the colon. During cleansing however, Turkey Rhubarb is prefferable as it will remove any toxins in a timely manner, every day. For chronic constipation, Turkey Rhubarb would be the better choice, to rejuvenate the peristolic muscle, and keep every day elimination normal, frequent & healthy.
