The Turkey Rhubarb formula should be okay with your IBS. To be sure you should check with your doctor or gastrointerologist.
You may need to adjust the amount of Turkey Rhubarb that you take more often than other people. If in your daily diet you eat something that you know will aggravate your IBS to diarrhea, cut back on the Turkey Rhubarb that day-before you get the diarrhea.
Transversely, if you eat something that you know will aggravate your IBS to constipation, increase the Turkey Rhubarb that day. Below is an excerpt from the “Special Report on Colon Problems” that discusses Crohn’s Disease which although different than IBS is similar in symptoms and reaction to Turkey Rhubarb.

QUESTION: What about Crohn's disease?
SETERS: An inflammation of the small intestine, just before it gets to the large intestine. The small intestine doesn't get clogged up as much as the large intestine, since the large intestine is the main receptacle. But if the large intestine backs up, the small intestine can get inflamed because of rotting food, so of course the formula would help.

IBS (IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME)

Definition
Inflammation of the colon or large intestine, especially its mucous membrane. This disorder is commonly known as IBS or irritable bowel syndrome.

Symptoms
This is characterized either by runny or constipated bowels, mucoid discharge from the bowel, weakness felt in the abdomen, often headache, pain, dizziness, etc. There is often a connection between colitis and stress. We see diarrhea, pain, cramps, and even in the later stages, bleeding and dehydration. Calcium deficiency is common.

Cause
This is caused by faulty diet, too many food mixtures irritating the stomach and bowels, hasty eating (insufficient mastication and saliva), taking liquids while eating, excessive use of cathartics, and foods cooked in aluminum. The infection of the bowel, which results from meat eating, also gives rise to colitis and causes a spastic or contracted condition of the descending colon, a condition found in the most obstinate forms of constipation.
