use Adrenetone for dogs?

My 8 year old boxer displays some but not all of the syptoms of Cushings Disease. Her adrenal glands are not functioning properly. Does anyone know of Adrentone ever being used in dogs? They have tried her on Lysodren (a very powerful drug)
but she cannot tolerate it. Any info appreciated.
