The Turkey Rhubarb formula will probably help you a lot, when you get rid of the blockage.
It does sound like you have a blockage, and you should work it out before starting the Turkey Rhubarb formula if possible. You are correct; Psyllium can make the problem worse if you do not drink enough water as it swells in the colon to help clean the colon walls.
You can try massage or see a colon hydrotherapist for help. There are several juices cleanses available as well, but they might not be the best choice for you. Your reaction to the Liver & Gall Bladder flush was extreme, and indicates that you are very toxic.
You should definitely do some more gentle & controlled cleansing of the colon, liver and gall bladder before ever attempting another liver flush.
