I will be attempting my first real liver cleanse ever in 3-5 days along with my husband and I read that for 3 days prior to the actual liver cleanse dosage you must drink 3 quarts of organic/natural apple juice over the 3 days. Ask Loraine at the 800 number for a flyer/catalog that should give you the instructions for doing this correctly, I would not attempt this until I felt comfortable about how to go about not getting violently ill in the course of the cleanse....here's to our health!
