Interaction of herbs & medicines

I have been using the Herb Finders Pancreas Formula for about two years with no problems.
Recently, my doctor put me on Welchol for my very high cholesterol.
Can the Pancreas Formula act negatively on the Welchol? or on the other medications I'm now taking? Besides the Welchol, I take Atenolol and Hydrochlorothiazide.
