Hair Loss

I was wondering if there is anything that is all natural I can take for losing hair? When I wash my hair and then brush it out I lose handfuls of hair. Even when my hair is dry, I can run my hand through my hair and still have a handful of hair. I am a female and I don't have any bald spots. I am just concern about it happening later on in life.
