Based on what you said it's probaly because I take a day break, that's when the problem usually occurs and then it's back on track 2 days later, so I will stop taking the day break.
On the side note, I eat a lot of meat, dairy etc because i'm 18 and still growing. I also have asthma and have been taking medicine since I was like 5.
I have however, noticed that black stuff in my stools and i've been feeling much better than I usually have in the past so that's a plus.
