After looking in several places I could not find any iformation relating directly to rats with high blood pressure. I am concerned about recommending the same things that i would for a person, even in miniscule doses, as I am just not familiar with the physiology of rats.
You might try contacting the people at HomeoPet. The specialize in natural remedies for animals, and probably have a lot more information and a more informed idea on how to help than I do.
