No. You should not use either formula while breast feeding. These formulas can be passed to your child through the breast milk. This could cause problems with the childs sensitive metabolism and appetite.
Better just to take a good diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, and try to get some regular exercise. Once you are done breast feeding, if you still want to use the formulas, I suggest the Slim II formula for helping to decrease the appetite and improve digestion. If you want to help boost your metabolism, then the Slim formula is better. The Slim formula does contain Guarana, which natually contains up to 7% caffeine. If you have high blood pressure or any kind of a heart condition, you should not take this formula.
