Got a question about Turkey Rhubarb Formula

Are you supposed to use the formula all the time or take a day break every week?

Also, I get like 2-3 bowel movements for many days in a row but then for like a 2-3 days in a week, I have trouble going to the bathroom. This seems inconsistant, if you have any idea what may cause this lemme know.
