i've been on the product for a month and a half and have had more than 3 bowel movements a day. i take 6 capsules a day. i have never experienced any diahrrea at anytime that i have been using it. i do the mini cleanse on the weekend, so far, this will be the 8th weekend this coming weekend 3/1/03. then i will be cleansing on a month basis thereafter. i have notice that i heal faster since i started taking the turkey rhubarb formula. i had fell by misstepping and scraped my knee and it healed within less than a weeks time. i haven't experienced any ill or adverse side effects from this product....i would recommend it to anyone....i have ordered some for my seventy yr old father, my two sisters use it and i take the slim II formula along with the turkey rhubard so far i have lost 12lbs....thanks herb finder....deb
