Sharon,
I'm so sorry about Laney having cancer. I wish I had an answer for you. I just wanted you to know I share the feelings as you are. I had two dogs, Chelsie and Sampson. They both at different times last year were diagnosed with cancer. Chelsie was ten years old. We had to put her down in January, we miss her so very much. She was the sweetest thing ever. Sampson, our other dog, is still alive. He has tumors growing all over. He had a huge one removed about four months ago. Since then he feels so much better. We never thought we would loose Chelsie first. He is 15 years old, just a wise old guy. He is just a little love to us. Both of my dogs were black labs. I wish you the best with Laney. It is just like loosing a family member. Take care, my prayers are with you.
