TURKEY RHUBARB FORMULA

I have constipation for almost 5 years.I found out about Turkey Rhubarb formula from my friend and decided to try a new product.I took first pill before my bedtime and second pill early morning.I had a very bad diarrhoea in afternoon about three times.Fortunately I was home at that time, otherwise I could have an "eccident" because it happened so fast.Also I noticed that I lost appetite and have stomach-ache eventhough I had enought water.The next day I had a pill in the morning again and one bowel movement .However,in afternoon I had a feeling that I was going to throw up but I didn't.Finaly I decided to take a pill only at night but not in the morning.I had one bowel movement that day that I was very happy about.Unfortunately, I had the same felling in my stomach-ache and not wanting to eat.Do you have any advice?Is that normal?I started to think that this product is not for me and I should send it back.Talk to me!Thank you!
