turkey rhubarb

I have been using the turkey rhubarb for a week now but am nervous due to the stimulating agents in it senna and cascara i am a nurse and know that this is normally something that creates a dependency especially if you already have bowel trouble. Therefore I am curious as to how it reestablishes bowel function with these agents in it. I am having 3 bowel movements a day taking 2 capsules so I dont have to take very many, but I dont want to cause further damage. also I have noticed some pain in lower right side of colon which worries me and im not sure this is normal, although still no diarrhea but isnt this habit forming if taken more than 2 weeks like any stimulating laxative???????? Also is there a % of your ingredients I dont see a breakdown anywhere.
