Questions about the Turkey Rhubarb Formula...

I've been on the Turkey Rhubarb formula for about 2 weeks and the good news is that i'm getting 2 bowel movements a day as opposed to 1 without it. I'm taking 6 capsules a day.

Now my questions:

1. Should I increase the dosage to possibly get 3 bowel movements a day?

2. After starting the formula, my bowel movements seem to be a yellowish color, is this good or bad?

3. How long do you have to take the formula to expect to pass the blackened crud that lines the walls of the colon?
