not having bowel movements

Hello,
I have been taking the turkey rhubarb formula for a week now the first few days were fine as the bowel was emptying. For the last 3 days I have not heard a normal bowel movement and I don’t go to the loo often. I am constipated. I eat well, my diet includes oats, brown rice, tofu etc I don’t eat red meat. I have been drinking loads of water. I am currently on 2 capsules a day; on 3 my stool is watery. Why is this happening should I discontinue using it?
