can "turkey rhubarb" help me

i have had an on going medical issue for 2 1/2yrs. after every meal i throw up at least 1/2 of what i eat or drink, my stomach becomes painful and bloated feeling. like i can feel the grinding process of the food and knots in the low stomach.could it be caused by a clogged toxic colon. Would the colon cleanser possibly help my problem? please help,doctors can't seem to.
