The Turkey Rhubarb formula is designed to be taken daily for 9 months to a year at least to cleanse the colon & rejuvenate the peristaltic muscle.
If you are having 2-3 good eliminations per day right now with the 12 capsules you are taking, then maintain that for now. As you progress in your cleansing, you will be able to cut back by 1 capsule at a time. You will know that it is time to cut back when you start to get diarrhea when taking your normal number of capsules.
So if at any point you get diarrhea cut back by 1 capsule. Continue until you need to cut back again, then again. Follow this process thru until you can have 2-3 eliminations per day with out taking Turkey Rhubarb formula.
