Turkey Rhubarb can be taken in the way it works best for you.
I would try to keep it to three capsules at a time. If you only take 1-3 a day you can take them all at once if you like, otherwise try to spread them out.
You should take the Turkey Rhubarb about ½ hour before you eat IF you are taking it around mealtime, but it is not necessary that you take it with food.
You probably won’t need much Turkey Rhubarb during your fast. If at any point you get diarrhea, cut back in your Turkey Rhubarb.
