3 oil massage procedure

Hello, I'm so glad that I found your writing. I really want to try the 3 oil massage, but I am confuse about the procedure. After the sunbath, should I leave the oil in my scalp and hair for the whole day and then wash my hair? Is it possibe to wash my hair. How long should I leave the oil in my scalp and hair before I wash it? Thank you
