Turkey Rhubarb Cleanse

Hi--Does it matter if I take the dosage all at once, or is it best to take the pills in intervals through out the day?

Also, does the Turkey Rhubarb Cleanse work best with a meal, or on an empty stomach? I'm thinking about engaging in a fast for 1 or 2 weeks while on the cleanse.
