High Dosage Turkey Rhubarb

Hi - When I started taking Turkey Rhubarb, I was able to achieve bowel movements after only 6 capsules per day. Then it took ten and now, several month later, I am up to 30 capsules (10 3x/day) and this morning I tried 20 capsules at one time. The number just seems to keep going up. Have you ever heard of someone needing this many? What is the upper limit? Am I damaging my colon, taking so many? I take them on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before food. Laureen
