I started the turkey rhubarb formula a couple of days ago. I am 25 years old and have eaten fairly well for the past 5 years. I read the report on the colon on your website. I noticed that there was a lot of attention paid to older individuals with very poor diets.
I was wondering if I might expect to see the "black stuff" later, or not at all. I suspected that things weren't moving through well enough, despite changes to my diet, but so far, everything looks pretty normal. Is it just a matter of giving it more time? What are your experiences with younger people/better diets?
