The Turkey Rhubarb Formula can be taken by children. Your 2 yr. old will probably do well with 1/4 to 1/2 of a capsule in juice or apple sauce. Keep a close eye on the child to be sure that he/she is not getting any diarrhea. It might not be a bad idea to check with your pediatrition as well.
The 5 month old child, I am not sure that you could give the Turkey Rhubarb directly. If your breast feeding and you take the Turkey Rhubarb your child will porbably get enough through your milk to be helpful.
