I've heard that St. Johns Wort can disturb the effectiveness of Birth Control Pills? Is this true to the best of your knowledge based on the research available? i want to take some kind of herb to treat depression and anxiety without disrupting the effectiveness of my birth control pill. please advise if you can. thank you.
