Definition:
      Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory condition; it is an autoimmune disease, in which the immune system attacks the joints and sometimes other parts of the body.

Symtoms:
      The symptoms of R.A. are characterized by stiffness and inflammation of the joints, loss of mobility, weakness, and deformity.

Cause:
      R.A. has been linked to the high consumption of fat, particularly animal fat. This disorder is linked to the improper diet and lifestyle, which affects the immune system. When these changes were made the symptoms of R.A. were lessened a great deal.
